Morgiana Yoga Mats Manufacturing

Foaming

Machine commissioning and brushing is included boiler heating and preheating, parameter setting and debugging of each area, and the relevant slurry and net cloth on the machine in place.

Splitting

After foaming to form a heavy & thick long block, using a machine commissioning to split different sizes, and different thicknesses to take a general shape according to the requirement.

Embossing

Adjusting the grinding tool of embossing well, then using the high-density machine to emboss the pattern of the front & back sides to meet the private customer demands.

Cutting

Regulating the machine parameters first, then putting the mat with completed embossed paterns on the machine to cut the correct size based on the different needs.

Texture Pressing

Adopting laser marking or UV printing to print the pattern onto yoga mats. Then, we use laser marking or screen printing to print customers’ logos onto yoga mats.

Packaging

Picking out any dirt, scratch, uneven printing, or incorrect size first, use OPP film or a paper sleeve with an elastic band to wrap, then put rolled-up mats into the cartons.
